==== Quickly

Flash.sugar 8.0.1 = http://github.com/zado/flash-sugar/downloads
ActionBuild 5 = http://github.com/zado/ActionBuild/downloads

==== With More Detail

Updated the sugar to Beta 8.0.1

- Reduces instances of codesense window popping up
- Conforming more closely to elliotcables sugar standards
- Fixed some instances were text has half highlighted
- Updated placeholder theme
- Sugar is now correctly named Flash.sugar !not(FlashSugar.sugar)
- Updated readme in sugar

!IMPORTANT! Please check you ~/Library/Application Support/Espresso/Sugars. There was a naming error in the last version. This name of the sugar should be Flash.sugar, NOT FlashSugar.sugar.
!IMPORTANT! Hope your using a custom theme because the placeholder theme is incomplete. Currently works nicely with Monokaffee http://github.com/mthjones/monokaffee And should work with any theme conforming with the sugar standards.

=====

Updated the ActionBuild to Beta 5. Skipped Beta 4 completely, whoops.

It’s still missing a lot of features, and needs some tweaks, but I figured its better to release what I have now because its been for too long. My plan is to fix every bug and tweak every element and get to Beta 6.
ActionBuild still integrates with the sugar using CMD + SHIFT + B. Sorry no CMD + ENTER, its already being used :(

Some changes:
- Added project launchpad (similar to Espresso project window)
- Revamped revamped interface
- Changed project format (old projects will not work)
- Added project templates
- Added built-in web browser for testing

When will this support Flex 4 SDK?  I currently am using a version I had to hack to correctly color FX tags.

mxmlc works from terminal like a charm, but in actionbuild it returns with the following error:
Loading configuration file /Developer/SDKs/flex_sdk_3/frameworks/flex-config.xml
Error: unable to open ’(null)’

What am I doing wrong?

Also, if i try to open an .abproj file the settings panel remains empty.

This little fix would save my life forever :)

Are you using the latest build of ActionBuild?

Try starting a new project and/or fill in the blank entries in the settings panel.

Error: unable to open ’(null)’

This is referring to the fact that either it can not open the flex-config.xml or your document class. Be sure the correct path to your document class in set in the settings.

Thats the only thing I can think of that would cause this issue.

If i’m creating a new project and I fill the settings panel with the required parameters, the .aproj file still remains the same as in the .app package content templates folder.
and the projects panel is empty any time I open it up.

I tried to edit the project file with Espresso and fill the parameters manually and then open it with AB but no luck. Still empty settings panel and the same error message when i try to compile it.
Are there any app settings file somewhere in my Library/Application Support/ i could delete?

mxmlc still works from my terminal window and it finds the config xml too.

I don’t have any other ideas…

I’m sure that I don’t have the right settings in Actionbuild. I hope I can figure out what could be wrong.
Anyway,
Thanks for your help.

All links to github repo where I should find the sugar are broken. Are you planning to continue your development? I hope your development is not discontinued.

Hey folks,

It looks like the developer behind these sugars changed his GitHub username:

https://github.com/mikemurray/flash-sugar
