I’m a web developer in Los Angeles (for now), currently using textmate + CSSedit…. the idea of Coda looked appealing but I couldn’t see myself giving up CSSedit.  Really interested to see where this will go and will help out as possible.  I’ll let you know how it goes when I get more of a chance to kick the tires.

fyi - if no one else is interested I’ll work on porting a textile sugar. :)

Hi everyone,

I am a French front end developer currently in a long vacation (almost 2 months!) in Japan.

I am using Textmate, but I would not mind a nicer powerful application. I hope Espresso will become one of my favorite App. ;-)

Hi all,

I’m a game developer currently using the Unity engine and TextMate as the external editor. Still do a bit of web/flex development on the side using CSSEdit, TextMate and the Flex SDK. Looking at making a couple of sugars for Unity’s flavor of JS and C#.

My dream function I’m missing and hoping Espresso will address is code completion/sense

Cheers.

Thank you Jan for letting me be a part of this beta :)

I’m trying to learn programming, and it’s evident to me that knowing a text editor inside and out is a huge asset.  So rather than trying to master emacs, vim or TextMate, I figured I’d gamble on Espresso becoming a great editor and grow with it.

I’ve glanced at the Sugars development, but it’s way over my head.  I’d like to take a crack at the Themes instead, provided people don’t mind me learning as I go.

Cheers,

  IcC

Hi all,

I’m a web developer in florida, and currently trying out Espresso. I’ve focused much on my time in Flash/Flex and looking into making an Actionscript 3 / Flex Sugar. I hope to see Espresso become one of he best development tools of all languages.
